By finishing onboarding you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You can re-read them any time in Settings → Legal. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use SailPrep on devices you own or control, through the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the app or its content except as allowed by law.
Cards, quizzes, and reminders are for personal exam practice only. Official syllabi, publications, and examiners always take precedence. SailPrep is not affiliated with Lietuvos buriuotojų sąjunga, RYA, or other authorities.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription with an optional 14-day free trial. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; SailPrep never receives your card number. Subscription status is checked through RevenueCat using an anonymous app user id and store receipts. See the Subscription Terms and the Privacy Policy.
We may collect anonymised usage data (for example which features you use) to improve SailPrep. It is not used to identify you, not sold, and not used for advertising. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that content is complete or that using it guarantees an exam pass. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.

Premium yra automatiškai atnaujinama prenumerata su 14 dienų nemokamu bandymu. Mokėjimus apdoroja Apple arba Google; SailPrep kortelės numerio negauna. Prenumeratos būsena tikrinama per RevenueCat pagal anoniminį naudotojo id ir parduotuvės kvitus. Žr. prenumeratos sąlygas ir privatumo politiką.
